Busoutoshi.net is an open and free resource to anyone in the known universe with the following conditions:

A- Fair Use

The material contained within the domain busoutoshi.net may be copied, parodied, distributed and linked to so long as it is not done for profit, with the exception of search engines who are run for profit and do not specifically target the domain and/or its contents or databases where specific authorization has been given.

Example- Allowed: public search engines who do not charge users to access their catalog of websites such as Lycos.com, Google.com, Webcrawler.com, Yahoo.com, Classmates.com, any Mobile Phone Service that offers a search engine /cataloging service etc to its user such as Sprint, Verison et al for webaccess via CDMA or GSM web access.

Not allowed: Any company, organization, group, or individual accessing the domain for the purposes of a targeted paid search such as companies who charge to help protect the alleged Intellectual Property of others for a fee.

B- Restricted access areas of the domain.

Access to material that is contained on the website and its partner sites including: komibashi.org, allsaintsart.org in areas not publicly available and or in a password protected directory by any individual, group, or organization not specifically authorized by the domain owner and/or his designee whether by person, script, application or bot is prohibited. See next section for repercussions of authorized access.

C- Access of domain by an individual, computer script, application or bot from a domain pr IP range that has been blocked by website management.

Some domains and /or IP ranges have been set to be denied access to this website. Any access or attempt to gain access to this website from blocked users will be deemed as having exceeded the authorization to access this site as described in OKSTAT 21: 70, 1954 and will result in prosecution under applicable Oklahoma statutes. In addition to a criminal complaint being filed, additional Civil remedy may also be sought as set forth in OKSTAT 21: 70, 1955

D- Use of *@busoutoshi.net in email headers

Only those people, groups and organizations who have been granted specific permission to utilize the domains email resources have the authority to use *@busoutoshi.net in email header information. Those found to be in violation of this will be subject to a criminal complaint being filed as set forth in the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act , OKSTAT 21: 70, 1953 Section A paragraph 2 Additionally Civil remedy may be sought pursuant to OKSTAT 21: 70, 1955

E- Intellectual Property

If you believe busoutoshi.net or any of its related sites (komibashi.org, allsaintsart.org) is distributing, utilizing or linking to your Intellectual Property in violation of your own terms of service or other legal rites, please email the webmaster at shirkahn@busoutoshi.net. The content/link will be removed ASAP pending further discussion. A simple request is all it takes. Those who feel the need to lawyer up and take a strong-arm tactic with me will find I become significantly less cooperative.

F- Bypassing of the robots.txt file.

Any bot or other web crawling script that blatantly ignores the information contained in robots.txt will be deemed to be in violation of sections B and C of this document and dealt with accordingly.
